28. Karaoke

do you love a good sing song? Well if quality is what you’re after it might be worth considering a musical recital (see Idea 32), rather than karaoke. But if you just love listening to people as they try to sing, then grab your sequin jacket, get hold of a microphone and a sound system, throw in a whole load of classic anthems and ballads, and host a karaoke evening at your local church, club or pub. You could ask for a donation at the door, or to sing, or even raise sponsorship for world’s longest karaoke.
