41. Quit something

can you ever imagine giving up biscuits, cakes or even caviar? Maybe you know that you would benefit from a choc-a-block, but you haven’t had a good enough reason. Well, don’t give up quite yet, first get your friends and family to sponsor you by the day, week, month or year. You never know they might even join you and get sponsored themselves; you could form a support group if it helps! In addition, why not donate what you would have spent on luxury snacks, dining out, sports channels, or whatever expensive leisure activities you’ve downgraded, for the whole of 2017?
