Curriculum

Child-led, Inquiry-based, and Reggio Inspired

We believe in the capability, creativity, curiosity, and multiple intelligences of every child, which is why we don’t teach to the Curriculum – ticking off prescribed, predictable, or pre-set outcomes – but prefer to encourage a child-led, inquiry-based, and Reggio inspired approach, through facilitators who are so aware, familiar, and in tune with the South African CAPS curriculum that they are able to recognise, record, and respond whenever Children’s learning meets Curriculum requirements.

”We teachers must see ourselves as researchers, able to think, and produce a true curriculum, a curriculum produced from all of the children”

Malaguzzi (1993 p.4).
